A:  We currently ship all our sanitizer products throughout the United States and Internationally where laws permit. For International customers, if your country isn’t listed, please check back with us soon as we are adding new local distributors frequently. Q: What is your return policy?

 

A: Our products are all made to order.  Customers receive a full refund when they send back unopened products within 15 days of receiving them. If products have been opened, then the sale is final. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product, and that we do not issue refunds or store credit past 15 days.

Q: A: All formulas, raw materials and ingredients undergo rigorous safety toxicology and regulatory assessments. All products are tested by industry-recognized testing cGMP and FDA approved facilities for safety and preservative efficacy. Strata Medi products are compliant with the United States FDA Regulations.
